Healing Tea is Rust's instant-heal consumable. Brewed from red berries, it restores HP the moment you drink it — no animation, no waiting for bandage tick. Pure tier heals +60 HP, more than two large medkits combined, and there's no cooldown other than how fast you can chug.

Brew at a Mixing Table or Cooking Workbench. The order of berries in the slots matters — check the Berry & Tea Reference if unsure. The Tea Brewery Calculator tells you how many of each tier you can brew from your current berry stockpile.
When to use it
Mid-fight emergency heals when bandages are too slow. Carry 3-4 Pure Healing Teas into any fight as your panic-button heal between gunshots.
What it stacks with
Max Health Tea — Combine the +20% max HP with instant heals to max your effective HP
Bandages — Tea heals instantly, bandage continues over time — use both
Med syringe — Same logic — different heal source, different timing
What it doesn't stack with
Doesn't stack with itself — each tea is a one-shot heal, not a buff. Drink as many as you want one after another.
Tips from the wipe meta
Pure tier heals 60 HP from one consume — that's 50% of your default health bar in a single tap.
Always carry Healing Teas instead of large medkits in PvP. Tea heal is instant; medkit takes ~5 seconds of vulnerability.
Brew in bulk on wipe day. 12 Healing Teas = 48 red berries = a couple of harvests from a small berry farm.
Common mistakes
Drinking when you're at 100 HP — wasted, since it's an instant heal not a buff.
Using as your only healing source — bandages are still cheaper for between-fights HP.
